About KALAS
One system for the room.
KALAS is a restaurant management platform for cafes and restaurants in Nepal — kiosk, floor, kitchen, and menu on the same order stream.
Origin
KALAS (कलश) takes its name from the Sanskrit kalaśa — a vessel that stands for completeness. The product is built so a cafe does not run four disconnected tools for ordering, service, the pass, and the menu.
Trinity Technology Pvt. Ltd. (TTPL) owns and operates the platform. Trinity Cafe in Kathmandu is the pilot tenant.
Mission
Give Nepal’s cafe and restaurant operators one browser-based system they can run on the PCs, tablets, and phones they already have — no special hardware, no separate apps fighting over the same ticket.
Values
Complete, not bolted on
Kiosk, waiter, cashier, kitchen, and menu share the same catalogue and the same orders. The floor should not reconcile four systems at close.
Hardware you already own
If the device has a browser and Wi-Fi, it can run the product. We do not require a proprietary terminal to go live.
Built for this market
KALAS is operated from Nepal for Nepal F&B businesses. Copy, onboarding, and support assume that context — not a generic global template.
Operators, not paperwork
Staff should run the room. The product exists to keep tickets, tables, and the pass in sync so people are not the integration layer.
Leadership
KALAS is owned and operated by Trinity Technology Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal. There is no separate holding brand: TTPL builds and runs the platform.
