Terms
Last updated 25 August 2026
Agreement
These terms govern use of the KALAS website and the KALAS restaurant management platform operated by Trinity Technology Pvt. Ltd. (“TTPL”, “we”). By accessing kalas.pw, creating a tenant, or using kiosk, POS, or admin surfaces, you agree to these terms.
If you use KALAS on behalf of a cafe or restaurant, you represent that you can bind that business.
The service
KALAS provides browser-based kiosk ordering, floor/waiter tools, cashier POS, kitchen display, and menu management for a tenant organisation. Features depend on the plan in effect for that tenant.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with notice when practical. Pilot and starter access may be limited or withdrawn.
Accounts
You must provide accurate signup information and keep credentials confidential. Tenant owners are responsible for staff they invite and for activity under their tenant.
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, unpaid obligations, legal risk, or material breach. Unknown or reserved hostnames are not tenants and do not grant a licence to the product.
Acceptable use
You may not probe, disrupt, or overload KALAS; bypass authentication or tenant isolation; upload unlawful content; use the service to harm guests or staff; or resell KALAS except with a written agreement from TTPL.
You must comply with applicable food, tax, labour, and consumer rules for your business. KALAS does not replace those obligations.
Customer content
Menus, prices, photos, orders, and branding you put into KALAS remain yours. You grant TTPL a licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the product for your tenant.
You warrant that you have rights to the content you upload (including photos) and that it does not infringe others.
Payment and plans
Starter, Growth, and Premium (or successor) limits are described on the site and in the product. Paid plans, invoices, and refunds — when offered — are agreed separately in writing or in the billing UI.
Unpaid invoices may result in suspension after notice.
Availability and disclaimer
We aim for reliable service and publish a status signal when configured. KALAS is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free software, or fitness for a particular cafe’s legal or accounting needs.
To the extent the law allows, TTPL is not liable for lost profits, lost orders, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to KALAS is limited to fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or NPR 10,000 if you paid nothing.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Courts in Kathmandu have exclusive jurisdiction, except that TTPL may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect the service.
If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the agreement for KALAS unless a signed contract says otherwise.
